Kurt F. Kluin

 
Mr. Kluin was born in Elizabeth, New Jersey, on May 11, 1956. Prior to moving to Kansas in 1979, he lived in the Ann Arbor, Michigan, area. He served for two years in the U.S. Army as a military policeman, including a 13 month tour of duty in Korea.

Mr. Kluin received a degree in criminology/criminal justice from Eastern Michigan University in 1979. He attended Washburn University School of Law in Topeka, Kansas, and graduated with honors in 1982.

Mr. Kluin has practiced law in Southeast Kansas since 1982 and is licensed in State and Federal court in Kansas.
